We maintain a "Neutral", making GULF (Buy; FV@71.25B ) our top pick. Its limited impact from gas/electricity cost changes, solid fundamentals, and projected short- and long-term profit growth are key drivers.

ENERGY (Overweight) Govt. ends diesel price freeze, implements floating system

We assess a positive impact on the fuel station sector, as concerns about compressed profit margins are easing. For the short term, we recommend trading PTG (Fair Value @ 9.8B) due to its high sensitivity to marketing margin changes, making it the most affected in the group. For the long term, we still favor OR (Fair Value @ 16.5B), citing its strong Non-oil business, extensive service station network, and expected QoQ profit growth in 1Q69 driven by seasonality. BCP (Fair Value @ 43B) is also favored for its diversified profit structure, relying on its refinery and other businesses
